As always, we strive to ship your order for stock merchandise withing 48 hours. During Mardi Gras, when receiving freight and shipping truckloads, shipping orders may be delayed as we always ship those pre-booked orders first.

POLICIES
All orders are shipped Mastercard/Visa.
We make every effort to keep sufficient quantities of inventory. There will be times when merchandise is temporarily out of stock. We will notify you by email if we cannot fill your order.
We cannot accept returns without prior authorizations. Any claims or damages must be reported within 15 days of the invoice date. Any claims with FedEx, please save original carton, and notify us or call the 800 number for FedEx on the packing list. FedEx will need the number off the FedEx bar code next to your address. FedEx may pick up the merchandise for inspection, assign a claim number and notify us. A credit or replacement can then be issued.
All merchandise sold in Louisiana is subject to 4% state tax.
Freight charges are actual charges FOB Prairieville, LA. Most orders are shipped FedEx. The freight amount calculated here is an estimate and actual freight will be billed. When combining several items, freight is usually lower as weights listed here are as if shipping single items.
We reserve the right to change prices of products when necessary, and you will notified in this circumstance.
